1. Intended use

My Site Log is a productivity tool for planning renovations, recording jobsite facts, and creating PDF reports. You are responsible for the accuracy, authorization, review, retention, and distribution of content you enter or attach.

2. Safety and professional responsibility

The app is not an emergency service, safety-monitoring system, inspection authority, engineering service, or substitute for required supervision and workplace procedures.

Do not rely on the app to detect hazards, notify personnel, establish regulatory compliance, or preserve evidence beyond the described capabilities.

3. Local data and backups

You are responsible for protecting your iPhone and maintaining current backup files. A restore in version 1.0 replaces the current local workspace after validation; it does not merge workspaces.

4. Reports and revisions

The app can freeze a completed report into a versioned snapshot and PDF. Later changes create a new version with a reason. You remain responsible for checking every report before sharing it and deciding whether it meets contractual or legal requirements.

5. My Site Log Pro

The free tier permits one active editable project. A monthly Pro subscription permits unlimited active editable projects and the Pro features shown in the app while the verified entitlement is active. Price, currency, free-trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and billing are shown by Apple at purchase time.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. After Pro ends, one active project remains editable and other active projects become read-only. Existing history, standard PDFs, backup, restore, deletion, purchase restoration, and subscription management remain available.

6. Acceptable use

Only capture and share photos, audio, personal information, and project details when you have authority to do so. Do not use the app to violate law, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, workplace policy, or duties owed to another person.
