Where are my project records?

Projects, daily logs, attachments, and generated PDFs are stored in the app container on this iPhone. My Site Log has no account system or developer-operated project-data server.

What is in a full backup?

A full backup includes projects, site records, crew and material details, issues, photos, voice notes, report versions, PDFs, and core app settings. A restore validates the package, then replaces the current local workspace rather than merging two workspaces.

Why did my completed report become V2?

Completed reports are not silently overwritten. Starting a revision records a reason and preserves the earlier PDF as V1, V2, or V3.

What happens when Pro ends?

Existing history stays readable. One active project remains editable on the free plan. Standard PDFs, sharing, backup, restore, deletion, purchase restoration, and Apple subscription management remain available.

How do I manage a purchase or request a refund?

Apple processes purchases. Manage the subscription in Apple Account settings or use Apple's Report a Problem service for eligible requests.
