Effective July 30, 2026. This policy applies to My Site Log version 1.0 and this public support website.

1. Summary

My Site Log has no app account, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking, CloudKit sync, or developer-operated project-data backend. Project records stay in the app container on your iPhone unless you deliberately export or share them.

2. Information you create

You may enter project names, addresses, client or reporter names, work details, crew hours, materials, equipment, delays, issues, safety notes, captions, photos, voice notes, and report revisions. The app stores this content locally.

Backups, PDF reports, photos, and voice notes leave the app only when you choose an Apple sharing or file interface and select a destination. That destination's privacy practices then apply.

3. Permissions

Camera: requested when you choose to take a site photo.
Photos: Apple's photo picker lets you choose specific images to attach.
Microphone: requested when you start a voice note.

Version 1.0 does not request location, notification, contact, calendar, health, motion, speech-recognition, or tracking permission.

4. Purchases

Apple processes My Site Log Pro purchases through the App Store. The app reads verified StoreKit entitlement status. The developer does not receive or store payment-card details. Apple's terms apply to App Store transactions.

5. Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you delete individual content, use Delete All Data, or remove the app. Delete All Data removes the local database, attachments, voice notes, generated PDFs, and core settings. Backup files already saved outside the app must be deleted from those locations separately.

6. This website and support

This static website has no advertising, analytics, account system, or support form. GitHub Pages and GitHub Issues may process ordinary technical request and account information under GitHub's own privacy terms. Support issues are public; do not submit private project information or attachments.
