Where is my data stored?
Data stays on this iPhone by default. When private iCloud sync is enabled, habits and records are stored in your own private CloudKit database. A custom profile photo remains local to that iPhone.
Reminders are missing
Confirm reminders are enabled in Me → Settings, then check iOS Settings → Notifications → Everyday Hero. Keep Background App Refresh available so iOS can schedule future reminder windows.
Apple Watch is not updating
Confirm the devices are paired and Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi is available, then open the iPhone and Watch apps once. Offline work is retained and transferred when the connection returns.
Export or delete data
Open Me → Settings and use the export or deletion options. See Privacy Choices for exact scope.
