View and export
Open Me → Settings → Export Data. The app creates a JSON file locally and lets you choose whether to share it. If unresolved Apple Watch work exists, export waits rather than producing an incomplete copy.
Custom profile photo
Tap the photo on Me to change it. Choose Use Default to delete the stored profile-photo file.
Clear this iPhone’s iCloud replica
When private sync is enabled, you can clear the local mirror and download it again from iCloud. Cloud data is not deleted. Unmerged Watch work remains available until its related habits arrive.
Permanent deletion
Permanent deletion requires two confirmations. It removes on-device data, reminders, Live Activities, cached exports, the profile photo, pending commands, and Everyday Hero’s dedicated private CloudKit Core Data zone. A paired offline Watch clears its replica after the next connection receives the new deletion generation. Other apps and iCloud data are outside this scope.
System controls
You can also revoke notifications, disable iCloud, or delete the app in iOS Settings. Removing the app clears its container on that iPhone but does not itself delete data still held in private iCloud. Use in-app permanent deletion first if cloud removal is intended.
